Our company's developed product is a device for real-time online detection of soil production environment. It integrates sensor technology, data acquisition and transmission technology, and can monitor the moisture content and temperature parameters in the soil in real time, providing key data support for agricultural production.
The use of high-precision sensors can accurately measure the moisture content and temperature in the soil, ensuring the reliability of the data. Data is uploaded via 485 and displayed by dedicated software, making it convenient for users to view the data

 

Features

2.1 It is composed of an integrated structure for perception, collection and transmission, featuring a simple structure and convenient installation.
2.2 It adopts PVC high-strength industrial plastic pipes with a diameter of 40mm and is encapsulated with epoxy resin inside, allowing the entire machine to be immersed in water.
2.3. It adopts a layered point structure. By default, a soil temperature and humidity detection point is set every 10cm to observe the soil conditions within the corresponding range. The measurement area is within a cylindrical range with a diameter of 10cm surrounding the sensor.
2.4. The default height is 4 layers, with a total length of 660mm. Different heights of the detection structure can be customized according to requirements.
2.5. Detection Principle:
Soil moisture: FDR (Frequency Domain Reflection Technology) is adopted. The sensor emits high-frequency detection waves inside, which can penetrate the outer tube and effectively sense the surrounding environment. By measuring the dielectric constant of the surrounding environment, the volume percentage of environmental moisture is calculated.
Soil temperature: Use a thermistor to reflect the real-time temperature at the corresponding detection point.
