BGT-WSD2 shutter box type all-in-one sensor is an integrated sensor for measuring environmental factors such as CO2, PM2.5, PM10, PM100 (TSP), illumination, noise, temperature, humidity, air pressure, wind speed, wind pressure, etc. The function of the shutter box is to prevent direct radiation from the sun to the instrument and the back radiation from the ground to the instrument, protect the instrument from strong winds, rain, snow, etc., and allow the sensor part to have proper ventilation, which can truly sense changes in the external air temperature and humidity, PM2.5, noise and other environments.

The shutter box adopts a herringbone ring structure with a diameter of 140MM, which can ensure that air can pass freely at any angle. The shutter box type all-in-one sensor can be easily connected to other data collectors through the RS485 output interface. The data collector reads the shutter box sensor value through the standard MODBUS protocol. At the same time, the device can output up to 4 analog signals (current and voltage output)

What is the shutter box?

The shutter box is a special outdoor protective product used to place sensors for measuring outdoor temperature and relative humidity. It is mainly used to prevent direct radiation of sunlight to the sensor and reflected radiation from the ground to the instrument, protect the instrument from strong winds, rain, snow, etc., and ensure sufficient ventilation for the sensor to ensure that the sensor truly senses changes in external air temperature and humidity. Compared with wooden louvered boxes, lightweight louvered boxes have the advantages of small size, light weight, and easy installation.
